This booklet contains lots of great warmers, starters and simple activities you can do with learners.

These activities can be used at the beginning of a class as a warmer, or at any point to introduce or practise language in an active, communicative way.

The activities that have been chosen use minimal paper and require very little preparation. They are all activities that can be done with low-level learners to practise speaking and listening. There is deliberately very little writing in these activities, so that they can be accessed by all learners regardless of their literacy skills.
