On 20th December seventy-six learners and volunteers from Talk English Manchester courses went to see Cinderella at the Dancehouse Theatre. It was a traditional pantomime full of jokes, dance and music. The lighting and costumes were amazing and learners appreciated  the opportunity to see a familiar story as  a live performance.

Everyone enjoyed the show and spending time together and it was lovely to see a group of school children joining in and screaming “he’s behind you” and other pantomime classics. Volunteer Robert said that he thought it was wonderful and had reminded him how much he loved the theatre.

Many thanks to The Dancehouse for providing the tickets.
