Rochdale

Rochdale Borough Council is working with community organisations, schools, children's centres and libraries to help people learn English, access services and get more involved in the community.

Rochdale is a town in Greater Manchester in the north west of England.  Just over 200,000 people live in Rochdale and after English, the main languages spoken in Rochdale are Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali and Polish.

Learn English with us

If you live in Rochdale and want to learn English, you can improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in English on a Talk English Course.  All of our courses are for beginners.

You can also practise speaking English at our Talk English Activities.  You will also meet other people.
