Learners from Kirklees have designed a lovely recipe book. The colourful booklet contains a collection of recipes from around the world. To celebrate the end of the Talk English term at The Greenwood Centre and the launch of a new group at Batley Library, we collected some favourite recipes from our learners, old and new. We also had a celebration day at each library where a few recipes were cooked by chef Hayley Reid of Pinnacle Foods and everyone enjoyed tasting food from around the world. We used some of our Talk English funding for this recipe project.
